Meet Dr. Christina M. Huff
Dr. Christina Huff, a St. Louis native, is the passionate chiropractor behind our practice. After graduating from Webster Groves High School in 2001, Dr. Huff went on to complete her undergraduate studies at St. Louis Community College Meramec campus and Webster University. She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Logan College of Chiropractic, earning her Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and Doctor of Chiropractic degree in April of 2007.
With over 18 years of experience in the chiropractic field, Dr. Huff has honed her skills and knowledge, offering exceptional care to the Pacific, MO, community. She spent the first 12 years practicing alongside Dr. David Ellenbogen, who founded the practice in 1987. This partnership allowed Dr. Huff the flexibility to start a family and pursue additional certifications in acupuncture and insurance consulting.
In 2021, Dr. Huff purchased the practice following the passing of Dr. Ellenbogen. She is now continuing his legacy of compassionate care and expanding the practice to serve even more patients in the community.
When she’s not helping patients, Dr. Huff enjoys spending time with her husband, Devin, and their two children, who attend the Meramec Valley School District. The Huff family is also actively involved in the Lighthouse Church of Pacific.

Chiropractic Adjustments
A good chiropractic adjustment is quick, effective at restoring joint motion, relieving symptoms, and should be a largely comfortable process. Our doctors provide safe, effective, clinically proven care to get you out of pain and restore function, using both their hands and, at times, assistance from the tables or a handheld device. We know that not all patients are created equal, and people prefer different approaches.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a method of encouraging the body to promote natural healing and improve function. This is done by inserting sterilized, stainless-steel needles (as fine as a human hair) into specific points located near or on the surface of the skin, which have the ability to alter various biochemical and physiological conditions in order to treat a wide variety of illnesses.
Electrical Therapies
Electrical stimulation may directly block the transmission of pain signals along nerves and promote the release of endorphins, natural painkillers produced by the body. These effects allow muscles to relax and often release spasms in both superficial and deep tissues, affecting the patient’s condition.
Ultrasound
Ultrasound therapy can help reduce swelling, increase blood flow, and decrease pain, stiffness, and spasms, making it a viable therapy for numerous applications. Ultrasound is particularly useful in decreasing inflammation that often contributes to radiating and deep joint pain.
Intersegmental Traction
When the joints of the spine aren’t moving properly, sometimes it’s more beneficial to provide gentle, consistent, or repetitive motion to restore movement, rather than a quick adjustment. Traction is also beneficial for relaxation, relieving muscle tension, and providing the type of motion that restores nutrition to the disc spaces.
